Former Pakistan pacer Wasim Akram confirmed that he was not attacked during a live TV show in Mumbai on Sunday night.
It was the post-match WT20 2016 show in an Indian news channel. There was a crucial match between India and Australia which India won by 6 wickets and qualified for the semi-final. Wasim Akram was talking about India’s victory and the Indian batsman Virat Kohli’s outstanding match-winning knock when some unknown people attacked the camera crews. Immediately it was looking that, Wasim Akram stood up at there.

However after some moment, the anchor Vikrant Gupta gave relief to the Akram fans by posting in his official twitter account, “Friends no need to panic. Nothing wrong with@wasimakramlive – a few people just objected to the cameras there. That’s it.”
