The Indian skipper Virat Kohli asked the Indore crowd to support Mohammed Shami when he was bowling at full throttle. The home crowd was cheering for Virat Kohli but the Indian skipper wanted the crowd to get behind Mohammed Shami and not him.
Shami didn’t disappoint the crowd as he scalped three wickets. The gun fast bowler was right on the money and bowled in the right areas to reap fruits for his good show. The pacer was able to plumb Mohammad Mithun in front of the wickets with a perfect outswinger.

Shami was breathing fire.
Shami then produced a peach of a delivery to dismiss Bangladesh experienced batsman Mushfiqur Rahim. The right-hander was late in getting his bat down in time as Shami got the ball to jag back to hit the timber.

Shami said after the day’s play that he always wants to bowl according to the conditions.
He said, “I want to bowl according to the conditions and the situation. I want to stick to my plans. I have been going wide of the crease too in the last two years. I plan according to the batsman. You always enjoy when you do well for your team and country. I was thinking about the hat-trick during the tea break”.
India has put themselves in front as they skittled out Bangladesh for 150. Shami was the pick of the bowlers as he took three wickets. India has also scored 84 runs for the loss of one wicket. Thus, the hosts’ are in arrears by 64 runs and would like to built a huge lead on Day 2.
