Ronaldo was twice caught on camera showing his fury against the spanish boss during a training session in Australia prior to face Manchester City on Friday in International Champions Cup.
He lost it on two occasions the first one being a goal disallowed and second one being instructed to try to hit the crossbar during a drill.
Ronaldo is also unhappy with Real Madrid’s treatment with departing goalkeeper Iker Casillas who left the club for Porto with a tearful farewell message to the fans.
In this context, Manchester Evening News says that Manchester United want to re-sign the former Manchester United hero Cristiano Ronaldo as the club intensifies its efforts to build a potentially title-winning squad.
Ronaldo left Old Trafford after a memorable spell to join Real Madrid in 2009 for £80 million which was the transfer record fee until it was overtaken by Gareth Bale’s transfer fee to Real Madrid being £85.3 million.
Manchester United boss Louis Van Gaal told the press few days ago that they will sign a surprise player in this window who is very special and who could be more special to United fans than the 3 time Balon d’or winner.
United explored the possibility of signing Ronaldo during David Moyes’ first transfer window in 2013, however the three-time Ballon d’Or winner signed a new contract until 2018.
“There was talk of Ronaldo when I first arrived,” Moyes said last year. “We were close to getting a couple of major names.”
