Jose Angel Crespo had played 27 games last season for Cordoba in the La Liga. He made 60 interceptions, 20 blocks and 147 clearnces for the club. He had a great season but unfortunately his club finished at the bottom of the table and thus got relegated.
Aston Villa have sold some of their best players this season to Premier League giants. Their newly appointed captain Fabian Delph left for Manchester City and star striker Christian Benteke joined Liverpool FC for a huge transfer fee of £32.5 million.
Crespo’s addition will be surely beneficial for the club in this season. An official statement though is yet to be arrived from both the clubs.
