13. Pablo Daniel Osvaldo – Southampton:
Southampton signed the Italian striker from Italian giants AS Roma for a club-record fee of around £15 million. However, the striker failed to justify his high price move to the Saints and was loaned back to Italy after some off the field controversies. He is currently plying his trade with Portuguese club FC Porto.
