Liverpool brought many young players with them for the tour which is to be specifically noted. The likes of Harry Wilson, Ryan Kent, Pedro Chirivella, Joe Gomez are all yet to make a professional debut for the Reds.
Young players like Ibe and Rossiter have featured in some games last season and are regared as a major part of the club’s future.
The big news is Italian duo Fabio Borini and Mario Balotelli were not selected for the tour which mean that the duo could be shown the exit door by the club after failing to impress last season.
New signings Milner, Ings, Gomez, Clyne and Bogdan are selected for the tour but Robert Firmino missed it due to holidays after Copa America.
Firmino’s compatriot Coutinho is also not a part of the squad due to holidays.
