The following article sums up the transfer rumours across the major football leagues
Wilfried Zaha to Everton:
The situation for Wilfried Zaha has worsened at Crystal Palace. Everton have already had two bids rejected for the Ivory Coast forward. Arsenal had also had a £60 million bid rejected for him, after which they gave up and signed Lille’s Nicolas Pepe.
Everton also had an initial bid of £60 million+ 2 players rejected. They went for a £70 million+ James McCarthy and Cenk Tosun bid, which was again dismissed by Crystal Palace. Palace have made it clear that they would only accept an £80 million bid in cash.
Paulo Dybala to Tottenham Hotspur:
Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly made a £64 million bid for Paulo Dybala, which Juventus are most likely to accept. Dybala’s move to Manchester United was stalled at the very end due to his heavy wage demands and an image rights payment issue.
Paulo Dybala is most likely to leave Juve this summer. The Old lady’s new manager Maurizio Sarri has reportedly said that Paulo Dybala does not fit in his plans and will be sold.
Phillipe Coutinho to Arsenal:
FC Barcelona forward Phillipe Coutinho has struggled for form at his new club and is already looking to leave this summer. Arsenal is the most likely place for Coutinho to land.
The Brazilian has had a hard time since he moved to Barcelona becoming their most expensive signing in history. If the Arsenal deal takes place, then an initial loan agreement will be agreed with a permanent deal at the end of the loan spell.
Danny Welbeck to Watford:
The former Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck has been a free agent this summer after Arsenal didn’t give him a contract extension. The English striker has been very injury prone and was on sidelines for the majority of the last season due to an ankle injury.
The 28-year-old joined Arsenal in 2014 on a five year deal from Manchester United. However, he only managed to make 126 appearances during his 5-year spell at the North London club, due to injuries.
