i) The Journey: England has qualified for the upcoming 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup through the 2017 UEFA European Under-17 Championship, where they had become the runner-up. They had lost in the final match of that European competition against Spain by a penalty shoot-out [Spain 2 (4) – England 2 (1)].
ii) Head Coach: Steven Cooper (Nationality – England) is handling the England U-17 team since 2015. His preferred formation is 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1, and these gave him much success during the 2017 UEFA European Under-17 Championship.

Jadon Sancho is a high-talented left-winger. During the 2017 UEFA European Under-17 Championship, he had scored five goals. In the qualifiers for that competition, Sancho had also scored four goals that prove his ability to score regular goals.
Former Manchester City player Jadon Sancho has recently signed with the top German club Borussia Dortmund.
