The professional wrestling fans in Toronto, Canada were treated to the latest episode of AEW Dynamite where Adam Copeland and Christian Cage tore the house down in the main event. Plus, the fans also got to witness the presence of the new Blueprint of the women’s division in Mercedes Mone who also hinted at her next feud in the promotion.

AEW Dynamite: Mercedes Mone vs. Willow Nightingale coming up?

During the promo session from Mercedes Mone, the lights went out in the arena and it came back with AEW TBS champion Julia Hart standing ringside to confront the newest member of the AEW women’s roster. As Mone turned her attention to Hart, the latter’s ally, Skye Blue attacked her from behind and the duo also launched a combined assault on the CEO.

As the assault continued on AEW Dynamite, backup arrived for Mone in the form of Kris Statlander and Willow Nightingale. The two came to her aid and they seemingly returned the favor to the duo from last week. While the heel duo was forced to retreat, it’s worth noting that the segment ended with the lights going out again. When it was back, it saw Willow holding the chair as she could possibly be looking forward to striking Mone herself.

This altercation led to a verbal back-and-forth jab between the two former rivals, who could be heading towards an encounter. Given their past history, a feud between the duo seems evident on AEW Dynamite. Besides, it should also mark the first storyline for the multi-time former women’s champion after coming to the Tony Khan-owned promotion.
