Keith Lee is the concerned superstar who made his return during the latest AEW Rampage taping. The former AEW World Tag Team Champion arrived in the ring to make the save for Dustin Rhodes from Swerve Strickland and the Mogul Affiliates after the main event match.

Before this week’s return on AEW Rampage, Keith Lee was absent from AEW television as part of the storyline. The former WWE Superstar had to be removed from television in order to sell a brutal cinderblock injury sustained during the bygone segment. While we will get to see how AEW transpires his return, there has to be a big change in the storyline that should be reflected from next week onwards.
