The ongoing feud between Becky Lynch and Asuka has not ended at Royal Rumble after what we have witnessed on this week’s WWE Raw. These two will be squaring off once again with the Women’s Title on the line as demanded by the challenger. As confirmed by WWE.com, the Royal Rumble rematch with Asuka vs. Lynch lineup will go down, next week,

“Becky Lynch claims her victory over Asuka at the Royal Rumble event gave her “superpowers,” and she’s set to put those to good use next week when she faces The Empress of Tomorrow in a Raw Women’s Title rematch.

Demanded by Asuka at the conclusion of her Raw match against Natalya, the title bout gives The Empress of Tomorrow yet another chance to become “Asuka Two Belts” and potentially change the complexion of Raw right as WrestleMania approaches.”

Former WWE Divas Champion Replaced Injured Sasha Banks At Royal Rumble

One half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Asuka appeared on last night’s WWE Raw to compete in a match against Natalya. She was caught in the Sharpshooter from the former Divas Champion who was distracted by Kairi Sane. This allowed the Japanese star to apply the pendant Asuka Lock on Nattie to get the win.

Heel antics of the Empress of Tomorrow was not over once this match on WWE Raw was over as she called out Becky Lynch. Asuka apparently wanted another title opportunity in her own language to set up the title match. Lynch did not necessarily have to go with another title defense since WrestleMania 36 is just around the corner. But she dares to teach Asuka a lesson, once again.

Injured Superstar Makes Surprising Return On This Week’s WWE Raw

Hence, The Man positively answered to the challenge laid down by Asuka and made the match official for next week’s WWE Raw. Asuka’s partner, Kairi Sane tried to deliver a cheap shot on Lynch who delivered a back elbow claiming that she has superpowers.

Asuka and Kairi Sane will probably move into a new feud against Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross over the women’s tag team titles as the latter duo emerged as new #1 contenders. As for Becky Lynch, next week’s match might work as a filler before she moves on to WrestleMania feud against Shayna Baszler.
