Months of rumors regarding the future of Dean Ambrose comes to an end as he is now officially an ALL ELITE! Last night marked All Elite Wrestling promotion’s first pay-per-view event named Double or Nothing. The former WWE Champion returned to the pro-wrestling circuit for the first time since leaving WWE. It was the biggest shocker of the night as his earlier persona Jon Moxley appeared to lay down an assault on Chris Jericho.

AEW’s Double of Nothing promised to be a great PPV event from Las Vegas which lived up to the hypes. Multiple surprises were there on the show but Dean Ambrose appearing as Jon Moxley overshadowed everything. The hardcore persona resurfaced to rekindle his bitter rivalry with the ‘Ayatollah of Rock n Rolla’.

Chris Jericho had a main event match with Kenny Omega on one of the main events of the show. He won the match to earn a match against Hangman Page for the AEW World Championship. He proceeded to blast the audience for his deserved ‘thank you’ chants when Jon Moxley appeared through the audience. Fans literally erupted after seeing him who directly attacked Y2J.

Jon Moxley fka Dean Ambrose hit Jericho and the referee with a Dirty Deeds each. He then attacked Kenny Omega and proceeded for an assault that ended with a Dirty Deeds on the Casino Chips. Moxley then dumped him from the top of the set. This could be a setup for the dream match that the fans have been looking forward for a while.

The night was still not over for Jon Moxley as he re-appeared after Double or Nothing show went off the air. As revealed by Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, he stood on top of the Double or Nothing logo, showed the middle finger to the fans and said something to the fans. However, the original show ended with the management of AEW – Cody and Brandi Rhodes, and the Young Bucks thanking the fans.

After what went down at Double or Nothing, Dean Ambrose has now officially joined AEW as Jon Moxley. The promotion’s Twitter handle confirmed this by releasing merchandise for the WWE Grand Slam Champion. Reports do claim that he signed a contract with the new company that spans for multiple years to come.
