10-man Tottenham beat Hammers in a thrilling encounter
West Ham United 2 (Javier Hernandez 65′; Cheikhou Kouyate 87′) – Tottenham Hotspur 3 (Harry Kane 34′ & 38′; Christian Eriksen 60′)
10-man Tottenham Hotspur beat the hosts West Ham United in a thrilling encounter on last Saturday. Harry Kane opened the account for Spurs on 34 minutes through a header from Dele Ali’s cross. Just 4 minutes later, Harry Kane scored another goal in an open chance. Christian Eriksen made 3-0 for the visitors on 60 minutes with a powerful low shot.

Watford clinched another away victory

Mignolet escaped Liverpool by saving a penalty in the thrilling encounter against Leicester

Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet saved a crucial penalty as Liverpool beat the hosts Leicester City by a 3-2 scoreline. Mohammad Salah opened the scoreline on 15 minutes. Philippe Coutinho made the 2-0 scoreline for Liverpool on 23 minutes through a stunning free-kick.
In the injury time of the first half, Shinji Okazaki reduced the trail for the hosts to 1-2 from the following corner.
Jordan Henderson extended the lead for Liverpool on 68 minutes through a fine finish. However, in the very next minute, Jamie Vardy scored for the hosts through a header after Mignolet failed to save on an earlier attempt by Demarai Gray.
On 72 minutes, Leicester earned a penalty after Mignolet committed a foul against Verdy inside the penalty box. But that chance went in vain as Vardy’s powerful attempt was stopped safely by Mignolet. Hosts tried hard to equalise the scoreline but failed to clinch that.
