But his live appearance was canceled for some unknown reasons as they captured him live via satellite from his home in Texas. His promo was quickly interrupted by Wyatt The Newscaster, from the Firefly Fun House. He accepted the challenge to set up the match which was later confirmed by WWE.com,

Although Bray Wyatt was loaded up with confidence for the suture showdown, Goldberg sent him a warning before going off the air. The veteran won’t go down without a fight, for sure especially considering this is a title match.
This is the first time that Goldberg is stepping inside the ring since SummerSlam 2019. Meanwhile, this is the first time he would compete in a title match after a gap of almost three years.
WWE’s return to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes place on Thursday, February 27 in the form of Super ShowDown on WWE Network. Goldberg vs. The Fiend could serve as the main event on a show that emanates from King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.
