Harbhajan acknowledging Rohit Sharma’s captaincy-

Rohit Sharma has been the most successful captain in the history of the IPL. There is no bigger captain than MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma. He has won five trophies, which is a big achievement. Yes, he has always had a good team with him, but the manner in which he leads the team is unbelievable,” said Singh

India’s legendary off-spinner played for Mumbai Indians for 10 years from 2008-2017, he played under Rohit Sharma and was part of a successful voyage on three editions in 2013,15 &17 under his leadership.

I’ve known Rohit Sharma for a long time now. He joined the team for the first time at the T20 World Cup in South Africa. He used to sit behind my seat on the team bus. I still remember him talking in Mumbaiya style, saying things like ‘kaisa hai re tu?’ and ‘kaisa hai shaane?’. He is a very sweet guy,” said former Indian cricketer Singh

Right-handed batter Sharma and bowling all-rounder Harbhajan were part of the Indian team in the title victory of the inaugural season of the ICC T20 Men’s World Cup in 2007.

When I saw him, I knew that he was going to go a long way and that he would be one of the top batters in world cricket. We all know the kind of stature he has now as a batter and as a captain. He is a good batter but a ten times better person” further added 42-year-old Harbhajan

Indian cricket team won the first test match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy at Nagpur. Men in Blue won the game by an inning and 132 runs at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium. Asian giants will be looking to successfully retain the Border Gavaskar Trophy for the fourth time in a row against Australia. India will take on Pat Cummins-led side at the second test match of the four-match series at Delhi on Friday ( 17th February).
