Indian talisman Sachin Tendulkar thinks Men in blue should play the squad according to the condition-

In Test cricket, you will have to understand conditions for the next five days and pick the squad accordingly,We have played well and we have a good team, a balanced team,” he said in India Today Conclave.

India will take on Australia in the 2023 WTC Final at Kensington Oval on June 7, 2023, with a reserve day on June 12. Team India lost the inaugural edition of the WTC Final in 2021 against New Zealand at Southampton (UK).

It would be slightly challenging for a captain to have extra spinners in the team to get the balance right. I am only thinking from India’s point of view, let Australians do what they want to do. We stand a very good chance,” he further said.

Rohit Sharma-led side in the last match played with three spinners including Axar Patel, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja. But at the Kensington Oval in swinging condition Asian Giants will have to decide to go with one or two spinners.

While in the WTC point table standing 2023, Australia has finished the ongoing ICC WTC cycle as the top-ranked team and is followed by India at number two. South Africa, Sri Lanka and England are at 4th and 5th spots. As far as the reigning ICC WTC champions New Zealand are concerned, they are in the 8th spot in the points table.

The Baggy Greens finished the ongoing cycle of the ICC WTC at the top of the points table. The team from Down Under is the only team with a PCT of more than 65.
