Buildups for 2020 Money in the Bank ladder match officially started from last night’s WWE Raw onwards. Three female superstars from the flagship show have all been qualified for the upcoming women’s Money In the Bank Ladder Match at the pay-per-view named after the match on May 10th. All of them earned their spots via winning the scheduled qualifying matches.

The three matchups on WWE Raw from the WWE Performance Center witnessed Asuka defeat Ruby Riott, while Shayna Baszler defeated Sarah Logan, and Nia Jax defeated Kairi Sane to qualify for the 2020 edition of the opportunistic matchup.
The winner of the Money in the Bank ladder match gets a guaranteed opportunity to compete for a title match, any time and place, per her choice.

The line-up for the six-woman Money in the Bank Ladder Match could be finalized during this Friday’s episode of SmackDown on FOX.
However, WWE has announced only one women’s qualifying match for the show between Dana Brooke and Naomi. There’s no update on whether more qualifying matches will be there from the women’s division.
At least, one SmackDown qualifying match from the men’s division will also be there – Cesaro vs. Daniel Bryan where the winner becomes the first one to enter Money in the Bank.

As noted on Raw, the line-up for the men’s MITB Ladder Match will be decided next Monday night as three qualifiers have been announced. Rey Mysterio vs. Murphy, Aleister Black vs. Austin Theory, and MVP vs. Apollo Crews are these matches.
The 2020 WWE Money In the Bank pay-per-view will take place on May 10th. The original venue, Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore has canceled the show amid coronavirus pandemic but WWE is likely to go forward with it.
