Karrion Kross alongside his real-life girlfriend Scarlett took the NXT world by storm by debuting, last week. There’s an X-factor in both of them which makes fans and critics that they are going to be future superstars, someday. It seems like former Universal Champion Seth Rollins can’t agree more with the opinion.

Karrion Kross, accompanied by Scarlett, made his in-ring debut by squashing NXT talent Leon Ruff in the most brutal way possible. After months of vignettes airing around him, the former Impact Wrestling star made his television debut in April by attacking and injuring, Tomasso Ciampa, in a kayfabe way. But it was the pair’s entrance that was so unique that garnered praise from fans.
Seth Rollins spoke about the next big pair in the WWE NXT world during a conversation with Planeta Wrestling. Rollins was a long-time member of the indie scene before joining the WWE who remembers how Scarlett came this far from Chicago indie wrestling world. Rollins is impressed with her improvement. He is interested in how the pair will be used in NXT, probably living up to their potential.
“I’ve known Scarlett for a very long time,” Rollins said, “Karrion is someone that I’m starting to become familiar with. Scarlett is from Chicago, she came up in the Chicago indies. I was there before she was even training to be a wrestler. I remember she was this annoying little girl that wouldn’t go away at the shows in Chicago, and now to see what she’s turned into, it’s awesome, man.
Rhea Ripley Focuses On Getting Back The WWE NXT Women’s Championship
“It’s really inspiring to see someone, who maybe I didn’t see so much potential in to begin with, get to this point in her career. She’s made it to the big time, and I think Karrion’s got all the potential in the world. Obviously their entrance (Wednesday) was something to behold. I’m looking forward to seeing what becomes of that. You only get one shot to make that first impression, and they did it with flying colors.” (Quotes courtesy wrestlingINC.com)

Meanwhile, last night’s WWE NXT episode on the USA Network featured a new vignette from Karrion Kross and Scarlett. Kross said that he alongside Scarlett are not in NXT to ‘shock a system or to save the fans from their corrupted black hearts.’ Kross also said it’s time for everyone to wake up from the dream where everyone stays asleep forever.
Kross also acknowledged that Tommaso Ciampa was the first victim for them and he won’t be the last one. He repeated the same phrase, “Fall and pray,” while “Tick-Tock” was used throughout the promo. An old song from several WWE Armageddon and Survivor Series pay-per-views – “The End is Near” has also been used.
