As reported earlier, many female pro-wrestlers have been using the #SpeakingOut movement on social media to address the bitter experiences from the past. Most of them involve male wrestlers sexually abusing or assaulting them in the wrestling industry. Matt Riddle, Jordan Devlin, Jack Gallagher have been accused of their misconduct. WWE then released Gallagher from the contract issuing an official statement.
Several wrestlers across all the other promotions namely AEW, ROH, and Impact Wrestling, have been affected by the #SpeakingOut movement. WWE hasn’t taken any steps against Matt Riddle and former WWE NXT Cruiserweight Champion Jordan Devlin but they issued statements in the past 24 hours regarding the accusations.
WWE’s Matt Riddle Accused Of Sexual Harassment By Candy Cartwright
WWE sent all the concerned media outlets a new statement regarding the accusations against their talents during this #SpeakingOut movement. They noted of having “zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual assault.” It was also let known that if a talent is arrested over these accusations, then they would be immediately suspended.
Furthermore, if they are convicted amid the #SpeakingOut movement then their WWE contract will be immediately terminated.
“Individuals are responsible for their own personal actions. WWE has zero-tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual assault. Upon arrest for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately suspended. Upon conviction for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately terminated.”
No WWE talent accused in #SpeakingOut movement has issued his own statement, to date. Riddle denied the allegations against him in a Direct Message exchange with a fan. But then again Indy wrestler Jamie Senegal has accused Riddle of cheating on his wife with him.
A number of screenshots were shared on social media in support of Senegal’s accusation. Senegal is a gay wrestler which makes things even more complex.
Additionally, the #SpeakingOut movement also hit WWE NXT wrestler Velveteen Dream who is facing allegations of being a pedophile. An Indy wrestler, Josh Fuller has shared a story about Dream being a child predator.

Also, WWE NXT UK wrestler Ligero has been accused of sexual harassment by a number of women over the past 48 hours. Ligero then admitted that he did harass some women, specifically Natalie Sykes and a woman named Laura.
