A major void was felt in WWE women’s division at a point when names like Trish Stratus or Lita retired. Mickie James grabbed this opportunity to the fullest. Originally, a country-music singer, the Virginia born star debuted in WWE, being a die-hard fan of Trish. Later, she went on to make history at Wrestlemania 22 by defeating her idol for the women’s championship. Following that, she held that title on six different occasions to become a legend. Apart from WWE, James also held the TNA Knockouts Championship and many more golds around the indie wrestling circuit.
