Bayley (WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion) – 235 days and counting
The sudden heel-turn in 2019 proved to be quite useful for Bayley as she became the longest-reigning Women’s Champion in the history of SmackDown. She started her second run with the belt on the October 11 edition of SmackDown on FOX by defeating Charlotte Flair. Sooner, best friend Sasha Banks became her ally on the blue brand and helped Bayley run through the entire locker room as she can now boast on becoming a role model. The title run is still continuing and who knows whether Bayley would go on to break many more records or not.
