One of the top talents available on the WWE Raw roster has not been given the best of treatment. Ricochet is the concerned name who has been forced to digest some back to back squash losses that removed him from the position who can go into the main event spotlight. The Boss himself is said to the reason behind the descended graph.

Vince McMahon Loses Faith On Promising WWE Raw Talent Ricochet

Ricochet was paired with none other than Brock Lesnar while challenging for the WWE Championship at Super ShowDown. It was expected that the high-flyer would throw bigger resistance to the Beast Incarnate. But the reality turned out to be different as Lesnar hit three German Suplexes followed by a massive F5 to pick up the win.

If this squash by the WWE Champion was not enough then the very next night he had a failed attempt to the WWE 24/7 Championship. Riddick Moss defeated him with his Neckbreaker finisher which produced an unexpected outcome. These appeared to be a direct effort to bury Ricochet who was on the line to become the top next-gen superstar.

The high flying superstar is not happy either, the way WWE is treating him on the main roster. So in a recent interview, Ricochet declared his frustration on the creative team and wanted to go back to his NXT days. The One And Only recently spoke to ABC’s Washington, DC affiliate WJLA and got asked if he would return to NXT as he responded saying, “for sure.”

“For sure that’s a place I’d love to go. I call it home for me. It was a place I enjoyed thoroughly when I was being there and now that they have more exposure on the USA Network every Wednesday I think that’s huge too. So, for me, for sure. Any time they need a hand from me I’ll be there no problem.”

Given the history that NXT roster members were not treated well upon their inclusion into the main roster, Ricochet’s frustrations are evident. Only time will tell whether the promising superstar ends up being on NXT. The black and gold brand would be a much better place to do justice to the bright talent that he is.
