The opening contest of last night’s go-home edition of the flagship show for Summerslam featured a massive tag team match. WWE Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch teamed up with her nemesis Charlotte to take on Natalya and the Hall of Famer, Trish Stratus. The match started with an early attempt to dis-arm-her from Becky Lynch. She tried to lock in Natalya’s own Sharpshooter on her but Nattie kicked her out.
Charlotte Flair entered the match to continue the match on WWE Raw in a back and forth way. Flair leveled Natalya with a big boot to take control of the match. She dominated Natalya and taunted Trish on the other corner. Natalya tried to come back with a Sharpshooter but Flair blocked it as Becky Lynch got the tag. Flair left the ring in the midst of boos as Natalya had Lynch into the Sharpshooter. Lynch grabbed the bottom rope but Nattie did not leave the hold disqualifying the match. The lock was intact for some more times before Trish Stratus broke it up. But Natalya delivered a straight-up message to the champion on WWE Raw.
WWE Raw women’s championship scenario for Summerslam has become quite interesting since the beginning note. Natalya won a Fatal-4-Way match to earn the rights of challenging Becky Lynch for the title at the biggest event of the summer. She seemed full of confident before heading into the show that emanates from his home country of Canada.

So for the past couple of weeks, Natalya warned Becky Lynch for a number of times about how she is going to steal the WWE Raw women’s title at Summerslam. But last week he went a step ahead by locking in the Sharpshooter on the champion and also issuing a Summerslam challenge, (courtesy wwe.com)
“After Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch interrupted Natalya’s pre-Raw training session with Fit Finlay to lock her SummerSlam challenger in the Dis-arm-her, The Queen of Harts retaliated later in the night by trapping The Man in her own signature submission hold, the Sharpshooter.
After the attack, Natalya pondered whether she should make their Raw Women’s Title bout at The Biggest Event of the summer a Submission Match but withheld an official challenge because she doubted Lynch would be bold enough to accept it.”
As learned on WWE Raw, the Submission match is now official to take place at Summerslam as the two ladies will fight to retain their pride.
