WWE matches are well scripted and rehearsed before the superstars go to the ring and actually execute those inside the ring. However, all the times the superstars can’t follow the creative team’s instructions, perfectly.
As a result, the concerned names ended up landing on the dog-house of WWE. Kaitlyn could have been one of them after botching a move but thankfully she was not.

During a recent interview with Ring The Belle, the former WWE Divas Champion recalled a moment where she accidentally won a match.
Kaitlyn aka Celeste Bonin was not supposed to win a contender’s match. But she accidentally ended up winning so expecting a major fallout.

The original plan was for Eve Torres to win the number one contender’s Battle Royal in August 2012. But Kaitlyn clotheslined Eve with a lot of force where he ended up falling out of the ring and in the process, got eliminated. So, Kaitlyn accidentally won the match and received an opportunity to challenge for the Divas Championship.

Layla was the WWE Divas Champion at the time and she was speechless at ringside with this outcome. Kaitlyn was in awe, too thinking that a tremendous backlash is waiting for her.
She was thought to be fired from the roster, instantly. However, Vince McMahon gave him a light-hearted reception that changed the mood and let Kaitlyn go into the title picture,
“I legit thought that when I walked back through the curtain that I was going to be fired. That was right on the cusp of the Divas getting more opportunities, so I was like, ‘Oh my God, I’ve f***ed everything up.’ I walked back and Vince [McMahon] is laughing hysterically. I was like, ‘Is it an evil laugh, or…?!’
There were a lot of people who thought I didn’t deserve it because I was still so new, I hadn’t proved myself, but there were also a lot of people that were like, ‘Congratulations, this is your opportunity. Take it.’”
Kaitlyn later went on to go into a feud with Eve Torres to pick up the Divas Championship in her hometown of Houston, Texas.
She later also established herself to be a top competitor until deciding not to re-sign with the company. WWE brought her back for the Mae Young Classic in 2018. But it was a one-off stint that did not continue for a mainstay run.
