It was already reported following WrestleMania 36 that WWE has canceled all the live events throughout the foreseeable future amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Now, Madison Square Garden has also announced this week that WWE’s return to the venue in New York City has been postponed, indefinitely, as the COVID-19 situation continues to get worse all around the United States of America.
It should be noted that the live event set from Madison Square Garden has been postponed, not canceled, entirely. There’s no confirmation on when WWE plans to bring back a show at the world’s most famous arena.

The circumstances are pretty uncertain at this point since speculations are ongoing suggesting that all the WWE live shows for the entire 2020 will be withdrawn and the company would be forced to host shows within the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
Originally, a DX-reunion comprising of Triple H and Shawn Michaels was supposed to happen for WWE’s MSG return in March. In changed circumstances, it was noted through the following announcement that additional information on WWE’s return will be made available in the near future.
Original ticket refunds for the purchases in March, will be given in the future. Here’s the declaration by Madison Square Garden,
“The WWE live event which was originally scheduled for Sunday, March 22 at Madison Square Garden, and previously rescheduled for Saturday, June 27, has been further postponed. Additional information will be made available in the near future. Original tickets will be honored for the new event date.”
