Dean Ambrose used to be one of the most popular superstars of the WWE roster during his tenure. The creative team failed to utilize him to his fullest potential that led to his departure from the company, eventually.
It was one of the most shocking happenings of the year 2019 that also displeased the WWE officials.
Now they certainly could not stop Dean Ambrose from leaving the company who turned out to be the Lunatic Fringe indeed. However, WWE can disregard him while remembering one of the most significant occasions from history.
It is evident that the company now wants the fans to forget the name of Dean Ambrose, forever. They did want to disconnect him from The Shield.
In a recent top 10 YouTube video, WWE mentioned ten of the most memorable debuts of this decade. The Shield making their presence felt back at Survivor Series 2012 made it to the list as this changed the course of the company.
The edited video released on the social media platform witnessed Dean Ambrose’s name getting omitted for obvious reasons.
The trio of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Dean Ambrose made their debuts in WWE at Survivor Series 2012. As seen in the highlight video, Michael Cole was calling out their names.
He also mentioned they were from NXT wondering what the hell they were doing in the main event match. WWE edited the name of Dean Ambrose, at this point.

Michael Cole can be heard commenting, “Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns from NXT, what the hell are they doing out here?” Surprisingly, there was no mention of Dean Ambrose.
WWE can’t edit out him from the video clip but they could tamper the audio and did so to openly show frustration on the former WWE Champion.
As of now, the Dean Ambrose character is no more present in the pro-wrestling circuit, anymore. He has joined the All Elite Wrestling promotion to don back the hardcore Jon Moxley persona and work as freely as possible. He really seems to be enjoying his stint after leaving the WWE.
