One of the all-time personal rivalries is going on Smackdown Live over the women’s championship. Becky Lynch had turned heel on Charlotte Flair at Summerslam. Later she earned the Women’s Championship by beating her at Hell in a Cell. But the feud heated up on the show as Becky Lynch continued to attack Charlotte Flair on a personal level.

Plus, we have seen multiple sneak attacks from her with blasting comments. These have established Becky Lynch as one of the best heels of the Smackdown roster. Fans also received this turn in a positive way to make her look a strong champion. But Charlotte Flair has had enough of the cheap shots. She vowed to regain the championship at Evolution.

Smackdown general manager added a new stipulation to this Evolution contest. Becky Lynch ran away with the title twice while defending against Charlotte Flair. So Paige made this contest a first-ever Last Woman Standing match. This also confirmed the capacity of the match in a No-Disqualification environment.

Becky Lynch was all over the New York media for the past couple of days. So the crowd gave her a heroic ovation during the entrance. Charlotte Flair received loud boos despite her natural babyface character. The match started with Flair doing her father’s struts. Becky Lynch started hitting her opponent with Kendo-sticks. Both women exchanged some of those shots to fire up the crowd.

These were perfectly legal in a Last Woman Standing match at Evolution. The two women took out tons of chairs underneath the ring leading the crowd a loud ‘ECW’ chant. Becky Lynch dumped Charlotte Flair onto the pile of chairs. But the latter one countered with a back suplex on this pile. But Becky countered by giving Charlotte Flair a big boot and putting her into the chairs, again.

The tables came into play in this Evolution Championship match, quickly. Becky Lynch set up a table and hit Charlotte with a leg-drop onto it. The table did not break as she hit Becky a senton flip and landed over Becky crashing through the table. Inside the ring, Charlotte Flair had the champion locked into the Figure Four and Figure Eight, thereafter. She tapped out but that does not value in the Last Woman Standing match.

Charlotte Flair unloaded some kendo stick shots on Becky Lynch before cutting her half with a spear. She set up the table but Becky came out with the last gasp. She sent Charlotte flying through it with a powerbomb so that she could not respond to referee’s ten-count. So Becky Lynch retained her Smackdown women’s championship at Evolution with a clean win. She deserved a string victory to continue her title reign.
