Roman Reigns To Be Face Of Smackdown Live On FOX Sports
As per the reports from Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Roman Reigns isn’t going anywhere as WWE has locked him down with the brand for the near future. “The Big Dog” recently signed a new WWE contract. As of now, there’s no word yet on how long the deal will be intact. But the source noted that it was a multi-year deal that may remain intact for the next five years.

It’s a fact that that WWE has been re-signing talents to four or five-year contracts as of late. Ever since All Elite Wrestling has launched their weekly television show on TNT from this October onwards, we expected a TV rating war to begin. So WWE tried to retain their superstars offering new contracts and thereby marking them safe from the rival brand.
Roman Reigns must have been in the front of that list for the officials. As per the source, he has inked the new contract in July. Other stars who have recently signed new deals have reportedly got double money from the WWE. Names like Braun Strowman, Kevin Owens, Mike, and Maria Kanellis are on the same list who decided to stay with the brand in years to follow.
As of now, Roman Reigns continues to be a top star for the company on the SmackDown brand. He returned to action back in February from his second battle with leukemia back in February. WWE has recently put him in a storyline where a mystery person attacked him that could have been life-threatening. This led to a program among Reigns, Rowan, Daniel Bryan and Buddy Murphy in recent weeks.
