WWE News: The Miz Opened Gives Threat To Shane McMahon
We have not seen or heard from The Miz ever since Fastlane PPV was over. It was that night when Shane McMahon blasted him from the back ensuring a heel-turn. Thereafter, last week, he issued a Wrestlemania challenge to set up the match on April 7th. WWE.com also confirmed this match for the biggest event of the year, suddenly in the absence of the Hollywood A-lister.
Last night on Smackdown, The Miz returned with a straight up message for the younger McMahon. He talked about his WWE stint for the past decade that mostly had villainous run. He took shortcuts and made no friends in the locker room due to his bad behavior. But when it came to Shane McMahon, it was a totally different thing. For the first time in his life, he trusted somebody and who meant something to him.
But Shane did not value his emotions and did not even spare his father. So it is time for Shane McMahon to get back what he deserves, At Wrestlemania 35, an ass-whopping beatdown awaits for him courtesy of The Miz. It was after a long time that we heard a babyface emotional promo from the A-lister that the fans actually bought.
The twist in the tale happened between Shane McMahon and The Miz at the Fastlane PPV. These two were out to claim back the Smackdown tag team championships from the Usos. But it was the Miz who came up short once again for two pay-per-view events on a row. He could not overcome a roll-up from Uso to digest the pinfall.
Shane McMahon warned him on numerous occasions to not letting him down. He put much faith on the A-lister and hence became angry. So all the vent outs of frustrations went out to the Miz. A vicious beatdown followed from the younger McMahon ensuring his heel-turn on the roster. This was evident to happen to ensure a Wrestlemania match between Shane McMahon and The Miz.
Shane-o-Mac did not waste time to issue the challenge to The Miz at Wrestlemania 35 once Fastlane got over. The match became official overnight with Shane McMahon showing his heel antics. Ever since this, The Miz remained silent on the situation before coming back on Smackdown Live, last night. Going by his words, it is evident that he is not letting McMahon go that easily. It will be a culmination of a bitter rivalry when these two competes at Wrestlemania in a mega-match on Smackdown.
