WWE News: Update On Championship Changes At Super Show Down In Australia 1

WWE has arranged an extravaganza named Super Show Down in Australia. They are promoting this show as the biggest live event in the history of the company. Quite possibly this might very well end up as the largest one in terms of crowd attendance. A slobberknocker main event alongside multiple championship matches can certainly pull that off.

Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia is one of the biggest cricket grounds in the entire world. It has the capacity to sell out a crowd more than a million. WWE is currently promoting the venue capacity to be around 60000 plus. But who knows whether they are trying to over-sell the show or not. By whatever means, they will try to make Super Show Down the biggest spectacle of them all.

The main event of Undertaker vs. Triple H will serve to that purpose. Even two more legends will be standing by the ring in the form of Kane and Shawn Michaels. Apart from this headliner match, multiple championship matches will be on the match card. Overall, four championships will be on the line. (1 from 205 Live and 3 from Smackdown Live)

The question remains whether we should expect some of those titles to change hands or not. Cagesideseats.com gave an update on Super Show Down title matches. As per the reliable source, fans should not expect any of the championships to change hands in this upcoming show. Champions have the ultimate advantage to walk out of Super Show Down as still the champion.

This kind of show generally serves as live events with no bigger implications. Basically, there is no such difference between live shows hosted in different parts of the globe and Super Show Down. Only the hypes around this event are far bigger since numerous legends are appearing. Also, WWE Network will broadcast it live that makes a huge difference.

Other than that concepts remain the same for the October 6th show. Hence, chances are extremely less to witness championships changing hands on this event. So title-holders like Becky Lynch, The New Day or AJ Styles are more than the favorite to witness their respective matches. Even the earlier such global show Greatest Royal Rumble did not have any title changes, as well. So we expect that Super Show Down will not make any significant change in the championships scenario.
