Beth Phoenix was irate from the attack delivered on Sunday night. So she went straight to attack Nia leading disqualification to the contest. The former Divas Champion showed tremendous resiliency in shoving off the Irresistible Force from the ring. Nia Jax and Tamina had to retaliate and go back to the backstage avoiding further beatdowns. But they had another brawl in the locker room.

They saw Sasha Banks and Bayley in the back and delivered an attack to the women’s tag team champions. This has been continuing for quite sometimes that should culminate via a match at Wrestlemania 35. Only for this time, Natalya and Beth Phoenix should also be in the mix. This is because the champions already confirmed to defend the titles against anybody be it from the past. This is the reason why Beth Phoenix back to feature in a storyline on WWE Raw.
Previously, Sasha Banks and Bayley were up against Nia Jax and Tamina at WWE Fastlane. It was their first women’s tag team title defense after winning those at Elimination Chamber event. The two heels dominated the match most of the part but the champions managed to retain showing valiant efforts. But the heels prevailed again once the match was over.
Nia Jax and Tamina delivered an onslaught attack on Sasha Banks and Bayley. Incidentally, Beth Phoenix who was sitting at ringside protested against them. She decided to go physical with them. But the two heels got the better of the veteran with quite an ease. Natalya ran in to make the save. But she got decimated too by the behemoths.
This indicated that WWE might have planned a multi-person women’s tag team title match at Wrestlemania 35. The team of Beth Phoenix and Natalya could be a team from the past to challenge Sasha Banks and Bayley in this match. Nia Jax and Tamina should obviously in the mix due to their current momentums. But the official confirmation of the Wrestlemania match lineup is yet to come.
