Nia Jax got a title shot at the TLC PPV against Ronda Rousey. Tamina was standing by her side giving her the advantage during the WWE Raw women’s championship match. But the baddest woman on the planet retained her title, quite comfortably. Her pendant arm-bar was enough to make the Samoan lady tap out to lose the match.
Some of the fans were favoring Nia Jax in this WWE Raw women’s championship match considering her momentum. Prior to Survivor Series PPV, she punched Becky Lynch into the face to keep her out of the show. This earned her the nickname of the face-breaker and thereby the biggest heel on the women’s roster.
This made her the sole survivor for the women’s division at the Survivor Series tag team elimination match. The natural heat was so much on her that we could easily assume a big push coming up in her way. Reports also suggested that a Wrestlemania title match might be waiting for her on two consecutive occasions.
Apparently, the earlier plans do not exist anymore. The push towards Nia Jax came to an abrupt end at WWE TLC. This is why she had tapped out to the WWE Raw women’s champion at the bygone show. Such a loss ruined the protection she was receiving from a creative perspective. Plus, another assault was waiting for her at backstage.
SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch punched her to the face to take revenge in a post-match segment. All of these indicated that her good times on WWE Raw is over. Furthermore, a reliable source hinted that this title feud with Ronda Rousey was not going to last long, at all. The former UFC superstar is waiting for much better feuds in future.

This is indeed bad news for Nia Jax fans. Some of the reports suggested that Becky Lynch vs. Nia Jax can be the feud waiting for Wrestlemania 35. But Lynch has lost the Smackdown women’s championship to move on to a better feud against Ronda Rousey. There’s a big chance that this much-anticipated feud might culminate at Wrestlemania 35 in a potential main event match.
