With just six night away from Elimination Chamber PPV, WWE Raw is presenting the go-home episode for the show. Once again they will be using The Man Becky Lynch to hype things up. After the brutal assault to Stephanie McMahon from last week, she might have to answer to the co-owner of the company when she shows up. Also, the other 2019 Royal Rumble winner, Seth Rollins will make his return after the attack by Brock Lesnar.
Watch Becky invading WWE Live to assault superstars
Things will also come to a curtain call as Elimination Chamber is looming on this Sunday night. Ronda Rousey will build up a feud with her latest opponent Ruby Riott at the PPV event. Also, an ignored female superstar on WWE Raw might get a match with the graduate from Hart Dungeon, Natalya. All of these should be in store when the show comes live from the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Becky Lynch defied the authority on WWE Raw and Smackdown Live on last week’s episodes. Stephanie McMahon suffered her wrath on Monday Night whereas Triple H suffered the consequences on the very next night. So it comes as no surprise as the authority figures have called her back onboard.
Currently, she is under a storyline suspension from WWE programming. But WWE just can’t hide the most popular superstar of this time which could hit their TV ratings to a big extent. Hence, Becky Lynch is coming back tonight potentially to have the repercussions that she has created. The McMahons are likely to punish her for the misdeeds. Also, we can’t wipe out of having another heated confrontation with Ronda Rousey.
WWE.com has also confirmed the return of Seth Rollins on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw,
“One night after winning the 30-Man Royal Rumble Match, The Architect made it clear he wants to challenge The Beast Incarnate for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania, getting a half-dozen of Lesnar’s formidable finishing moves in the process. The Kingslayer did not appear on Raw this past Monday night, no doubt still feeling the effects of that mauling.
Rollins will be on Raw this week, though what will he have to say as he prepares for the fight of his life against The Beast at The Showcase of Immortals?”
As stated above, Seth Rollins suffered a brutal attack from Brock Lesnar two weeks ago. It might have handed him a storyline concussion that should keep him out of action for now. So tonight’s appearance might just be a verbal promo about his Wrestlemania 35 match. He is reportedly dealing with a back injury, as well. So WWE is likely to keep him out of any physical confrontations.
Ronda Rousey is all set to have her next championship defense at Elimination Chamber against Ruby Riott. Last week, WWE Raw women’s champion gave a beatdown to the two members of the Riott Squad. This must be fuming them up for retribution, this week. So the prediction is that they will gang up on the champ using their numbers game. This will give Ruby the needed momentums heading into the title match on Sunday.
Rousey’s partner, Natalya might not be available during this as she is likely to have a separate match. Dana Brooke cost her the opportunity of entering the inaugural Elimination Chamber tag team championship match. Dana tried to apologize to The Queen of Harts but Natalya looked busy in her i-pad. So this should set up a match between the two of them on WWE Raw.
Speaking of Elimination Chamber, we should get more matches for the pay-per-view. Finn Balor and Bobby Lashley are having a rivalry for sometimes which should sanction a match between them on this Sunday. Also, The Revival has become the number one contenders for WWE Raw tag team championships. So they should get their title opportunity, as well.
