Survivor Series is just six days away from us which will take place in Hollywood, California. The Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia did not allow to hype up this special show of the year much this year. Tonight marks the final night for WWE Raw to come up the hypes of this special PPV show. So we expect a star-studded night with multiple returns.
Must read: Huge changes coming up from this week’s WWE Raw
WWE Raw commissioner Stephanie McMahon is returning to give a boost to the brand split oriented PPV event. We will also see the Universal Champion returning on the show for the first time since winning the title. Plus the final lineups for Survivor Series tag team matches will be set. All of these will be in-store when WWE Raw takes place at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
When it comes to brand rivalries, the presence of the McMahons is mandatory. They are the ones who can give major boosts to these kinds of capacities. So Stephanie McMahon is coming with some firecrackers for sure. Even WWE.com assured the same with the following comments,
“Shane McMahon’s snap decision to replace the injured Miz in the WWE World Cup Finals arguably put Raw’s Dolph Ziggler — and the red brand itself — at a disadvantage. How will Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon deal with her brother’s actions when she makes her Team Red return, less than one week before Survivor Series?”
It’s needless to say that Stephanie McMahon will focus on the world cup win of Shane McMahon. She will try to instigate his brother on this fluke win which he never deserved. So we can expect Shane’s presence on the show, as well to keep this world cup on the line at Survivor Series. Also, the red brand commissioner could put an ultimatum on Team Red to make sure the win.
Speaking of Team Red brings us to the team members. Drew McIntyre embarrassed Kurt Angle last week forcing him to tap out in his own submission. But that might not be the last chance that the WWE Raw GM received for Survivor Series. Reports suggest that he will be on the team. Thanks to Stephanie McMahon, he might find a way to do so.
Alexa Bliss will address the women’s division team for Survivor Series on behalf of WWE Raw. The five superstars could be Natalya, Mickie James, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Ruby Riott from the red brand. We can also expect Nikki Bella as a surprise entrant considering she is still working on WWE Raw house shows.
Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins will continue their rivalry with a slow buildup. Meanwhile, Brock Lesnar returns to the show with the Universal Championship around his waist. Ronda Rousey will also be present on WWE Raw for Survivor Series hype-ups. We expect both of these two to deliver major statements to their respective opponents from Smackdown, verbally.
