The backstage issues within WWE might just continue to get worse day by day for the officials. A number of superstars might not be happy with their current WWE status. With a number of promotions available outside the WWE, some of them will leave indeed when their contract will be up. But the interesting part is that some of the best names within the company might also leave.

The Usos leaving WWE

These names include The Viper, Randy Orton. This came as a shocker since Randy is one of the cornerstone figures of the entire WWE brand from his begging in 2002. Being one of the most trusted shoulders, we can barely imagine seeing him leaving the brand, all of a sudden. But it looks like he will not renew the contract, as well when it comes to an end. It should expire, very soon putting his WWE status in jeopardy.

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp has come up with this report to inform us that Randy Orton is willing to speak to All Elite Wrestling. The newly revealed wrestling promotion has already turned out to be a big threat to WWE when it comes to maintaining the main roster. Now the promotion led by Cody Rhodes might have targeted a 13-time world champion from the WWE.

Sources for Ross have suggested that Randy Orton is “willing to talk to AEW”. The expectation is that the new promotion will give him a far better deal than the existing one in WWE. The report also suggested that AEW officials “were not tampering” and their approach was “fresh and independent”. It indicates that the negotiations may have started irrespective AEW offering a contract to The Viper.

Meanwhile, Sean Ross himself was a bit surprised after this news regarding Randy Orton. He was previously sure that the legendary wrestler was not leaving WWE. Daniel Bryan, AJ Styles or Shinsuke Nakamura were the main concerns from Smackdown who could join AEW in the upcoming months. But his sources confirmed that it is none other than Orton who’s present in the conversation. It’ll be a great loss for Vince McMahon and co. in case this man chooses to depart.
