Last night marked the final TV episode prior to 2019 Money in the Bank. So we saw the last buildups for the PPV event in the form of Kevin Owens Show with Kofi Kingston as the special guest. The four MITB men’s division competitors delivered a huge fatal-4-way match en route to their Sunday night opportunity. Plus, the Fire & Desire team was in action against the two Japanese sensations managed by Paige. Here are the results from Smackdown hosted at the O2 Arena in London, England.

Roman Reigns came down to the ring to open up this week’s Smackdown. He spoke up about having an unfinished business from this week’s Raw and invited The Miz to the ring. Soon, Shane McMahon and Elias appeared alongside Daniel Bryan and Rowan. The four of them attacked Reigns and The Miz. But The Usos ran out to make the save. They threw the heels out of the ring to stand tall.
The Fatal Four Way Match was next on Smackdown. The lineup was Randy Orton vs. Andrade vs. Finn Balor vs. Ali. Balor flew over the top rope to put down Orton and Ali after which Andrade pushed him into the ring steps. He hit Balor with the Hammerlock DDT to win the match. Andrade went on to climb the ladder and retrieve the MITB briefcase but Ricochet showed up. He pushed him off the ladder and retrieved it, first.
Charlotte Flair came out to the ring to talk about her rivalry against Becky Lynch. A vignette aired on Smackdown focussing on these two to hype up their title match at Money in the Bank. At backstage, Lacey Evans was present who cut a promo on how she is becoming the new Raw Women’s champion on this Sunday.
Another tag team match was underway after what happened in the Smackdown opening segment. The lineup was Shane McMahon, Elias, Daniel Bryan and Rowan vs. Roman Reigns and The Usos. Shane did not allow The Miz during this match. Elias hit the Drift Away on Jey but Jimmy hit him with a Superkick. Bryan hit the double knees as Rowan clotheslined Roman who came back with a Superman Punch. Elias threw Roman into the steps. Shane had the tag and hit the coast to coast on Jey to get the win. After the match, Miz came out with a chair in hand to clean house and stand tall.
A women’s tag team match was next, where Asuka and Kairi Sane took on Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville on Smackdown. Asuka was in full control of Mandy by hitting a kick to the face followed by a German Suplex. She had the Asuka Lock in only for Sonya to break it. Sonya shoved Kairi Sane off the apron and hit Asuka with a Spinebuster. She tagged back Mandy Rose but Asuka rolled her up to get the pinfall win.
The Kevin Owens Show with WWE champion Kofi Kingston was the main event segment of this week’s Smackdown. Kofi cut a promo on Kevin who came out and hesitated to enter the ring before Sami Zayn appeared. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens beat up on Kofi Kingston until Xavier Woods ran down. Sami threw Woods into the ring post. Owens threw Kofi to the ring and went for the Cannonball but Kofi moved and hit a Trouble in Paradise on Sami. Kofi posed in the ring as Owens retreated to close the episode.
