As we have just kicked off the Road to WrestleMania, things will be shaken up tonight with a Super SmackDown episode which is coming with a fully loaded card. Four matches have been confirmed to take place on the show including a championship match that could have a long fallout. Braun Strowman will challenge Shinsuke Nakamura for the Intercontinental title.

A huge fatal-4-way tag team match will be in-store on SmackDown to heat up the competition whereas a Royal Rumble rematch will be there featuring Sheamus and Shorty G. Also, the rivalry between King Corbin and Roman Reigns continues as the duo collides in a tag team action with their troops when the Friday Night show airs from the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The headliner feud between King Corbin and Roman Reigns on SmackDown will continue even after the big win of the latter one during the Falls Count Anywhere match at Royal Rumble. They will gather their troops to battle in a huge six-man tag team match. Reigns will have The Usos in their corner whereas Corbin will have Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode by his side.

Revealed: When Will Brock Lesnar Compete Next In WWE?

This will be hosted as a grudge match between Reigns and Corbin who has been involved in several battles on SmackDown over the past few months. It was a good try to elevate Corbin to the next level whereas Roman Reigns is crawling his way to the main event spotlight. With WrestleMania inching closer, we expect The Big Dog to secure another win to keep the momentums in his favor.

Sheamus made his official in-ring return on TV during Sunday’s WWE Royal Rumble Kickoff where he defeated Shorty G with authority hitting the Brogue Kick to cut off his head. Now WWE has announced a rematch between these two on SmackDown where G gets a shot to redemption against the Celtic Warrior. But Sheamus is not likely to digest a loss at this point.

Spoiler: Multiple Huge Title Matches Set For WWE WrestleMania 36

After weeks of speculation, WWE has finally made the Intercontinental Championship match official on SmackDown. Braun Strowman will challenge Shinsuke Nakamura for the title which was a long due for the challenger. Previously this contest was scheduled to take place at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view which has now been postponed for tonight,

“Braun Strowman has been singularly focused on one goal, and on Friday Night, it will finally be within reach of those hands.

The Monster Among Men will get his coveted Intercontinental Title opportunity against Shinsuke Nakamura on Super SmackDown. Despite Strowman’s numerous requests, Sami Zayn refused to have the terms of a championship match dictated to his client, The King of Strong Style.”

As stated above, Braun Strowman has been rooting for a singles title run in his career for a long time now. This should begin with an IC title run, for good. Nakamura’s title reign has been boring by all means over the past few months. With WrestleMania approaching closer, Strowman winning the belt could certainly shake things up.

WWE Stars Brie And Nikki Bella Are Pregnant At The Same Time

As for the fourth match of the Super SmackDown night, a fatal-4-way tag team action will go down with a big stipulation attaches to the contest. The Miz and John Morrison vs. Heavy Machinery (Tucker Knight and Otis Dojovic) vs. The Revival (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson) vs. Lucha House Party (Kalisto, Gran Metallik, Lince Dorado). The winners will go on to challenge SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day at WWE Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia next month.

The Heavy Machinery is having the spotlight as of now with a romantic storyline ongoing between Mandy Rose and Otis which should help them to pick up the win and get a title shot. But then again, the heel team of John Morrison and The Miz are involved in a feud with the tag champs who will also stop at nothing to get a title shot against The New Day. It will be interesting to see which team picks up the win when SmackDown airs, live on FOX.
