Suddenly, Nikki Cross arrived at the ringside to attack Banks and Bayley. This set up the next match of SmackDown between Cross and Banks. Cross was in control after hitting a sloppy Tornado DDT but Banks countered with a Banks Statement submission. Cross got out of it and traded pinfall attempts until Banks hit her with a sudden Meteora to get the win.

Bray Wyatt returned with an edition of the Firefly Funhouse in the main event of SmackDown. Braun Strowman interrupted this segment and reminded him that he lost his championship opportunity at Money In The Bank and their story is over. But Wyatt came back dressed in his FCW days with a lantern in hand. He instructed Strowman to follow the buzzard and then blew out the lantern to end the show.
