WWE has been taping TV episodes for the coronavirus pandemic. It was impossible for them to carry out live shows from the Performance Center as a stay-home mandate was issued in the state of Florida.

But WWE is likely to get special permission to host live shows starting from this week’s SmackDown. This would be the first time that they will get the opportunity to tape shows live after a gap of more than fifteen days.

There’s no confirmation yet on whether the stay-at-home order in Florida will impact WWE’s post-WrestleMania operations. It is yet to be revealed how the superstars or needed crews are going to be flying down to the PC, in time for this Friday night. The stay-at-home mandate is likely to be extended considering how bad the situation has become around the United States for the past several days.

Some rumors suggested that WWE might think of taking a break after WrestleMania 36 but they have not moved to that direction. They delivered Monday Night Raw as per the schedule and promised to be back on FOX this Friday with an episode of SmackDown.

If they remain unable to tape shows in Florida then they will try to tape the show at a secret place in a shutdown state. There’s no confirmation about the identity of the place. As per President Donald Trump’s call, shows have to be carried out without the audience until the month of August.
