Braun Strowman (c) vs. The Fiend – Universal Championship Match
Bray Wyatt lost the Universal Championship match against Braun Strowman at Money In The Bank. After a brief hiatus, Wyatt brought his Wyatt Family character back when everyone was expecting to see The Fiend. It seems like WWE wants to save him for a bigger event and that is SummerSlam.
Wyatt vs. Strowman part II will happen in the form of a Swamp Fight at Extreme Rules, but it will be a non-title match. It’s most likely to end with Wyatt scoring a pinfall win that would set up the title match, next month.
The Fiend will finally challenge The Monster Among Men for the Universal Championship at SummerSlam, where WWE expects the fans to be present. The demonic character will also finally regain the title, he lost at Super ShowDown.
