WWE Battleground video: Triple threat match for WWE championship 1

The former Shield members competed in a triple threat match for the WWE Championship at Battleground. The current titleholder Dean Ambrose defended the title against his former brethren, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins. The former Hounds of Justice turned the ring into a Battleground and going by the ‘No Disqualification’ rule in a Triple threat match, we witnessed some of the most ruthless moments.
There was an X-factor of Roman Reigns who returned to WWE at Battleground. Reigns was suspended from WWE for 30 days after Money in the Bank and returned big time at Battleground. The Big Dog was familiar to hear a lot of boos from the fans but now that his name is attached to such a scandal he was prepared to embrace more of that.

After a brawl that was all over the arena, it was Dean Ambrose who was able to connect with his Dirty Deeds and retain his championship. The Smackdown locker room along with the leaders Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan came down the ramp to congratulate the champion. We are not sure whether the champion has the privilege to appear on both Raw and Smackdown. So we just hope that the champion will walk into the new era of WWE tomorrow night on Raw as the undisputed champion.
