Paige started wrestling when she was 13
Paige debuted in wrestling when she was just in her thirteen. It was not a one-off night for her. Rather she continued to perform in the World Association of Wrestling. This was the promotion run by Ricky Knight and Saraya Knight, her parents. She went on to travel a number of countries, the following year to earn a name in the indie scene.
The journey also included a visit to the USA at an age of just 15. She travelled to perform in the US wrestling circuit all by herself. It seems incredible from a fan’s perspective but the reality turned out to be harder. Wrestling in early age damaged her neck to a severe extent. This, in turn, caused the scoliosis condition of her neck that could result in paralysis if continuing in-ring actions. No wonder, she had to retire in the age of just 25.
