AEW Double or Nothing 2023 match card has gradually started shaping up from last week onward. Initially, the singles main event match for the show has now been converted into a four-way match which is also the only match, made official thus far. But the expectation is that AEW is likely to present an absolutely loaded show.
With only a couple of weeks remaining for AEW Double or Nothing 2023, plenty of announcements regarding the match card are likely to arrive in due course. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter gave updates regarding this in its latest reports stating that at least 10 matches are likely to be inserted into the match card of the PPV but there is no confirmation on when Tony Khan will announce them.

Match updates for AEW Double or Nothing 2023
The source further informed that the Blackpool Combat Club and The Elite’s storyline will progress, possibly producing yet another six-person tag team match at AEW Double or Nothing 2023. Adam Cole vs. Chris Jericho saga will also continue but there’s no surety about this being a singles contest since Britt Baker and Saraya are involved in the scene.
“It’s still not clear if Adam Cole vs. Chris Jericho will be a singles match or a mixed tag, involving Britt Baker and Saraya. There could be a Saraya & Toni Storm & Ruby Soho vs. Baker & Jamie Hayter & Hikaru Shida match, or Baker in the mixed tag and Hayter defending her title against Storm or Soho,” WON illustrated AEW Double or Nothing 2023 card in their report.
“FTR vs. Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal is the tag title match. Other teased stuff is Wardlow vs. Christian Cage for the TNT title, possibly Jade Cargill vs. Taya Valkyrie, Jay White vs. Ricky Starks, Keith Lee vs. Swerve Strickland, and trios titles with the House of Black vs. The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn. That’s ten matches right there.”
AEW Double or Nothing 2023 will be the third time that AEW hosts the same pay-per-view in the Las Vegas, Nevada region at the T-Mobile Center with their first appearance in 2019 where saw Chris Jericho earn his spot in the inaugural AEW World Championship match. The upcoming PPV will be the fifth event under the DoN chronology.
