Veteran Bryan Danielson will compete in a two-out-of-three falls match in the upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite on TBS Network. His opponent in this match would be Jericho Appreciation Society member Sammy Guevera.
Last night, during the live episode of AEW Rampage, Guevara called out Danielson and cut a promo on showing to the world how he’s a better wrestler than the former Wrestlemania main-eventer in WWE. Guevera had the audacity to say so even after getting defeated by Danielson on the October 26 episode of AEW Dynamite.

I watched you win the World Title [at WWE WrestleMania 30], and I told myself, ‘one day, I’m gonna wrestle that man, and beat him.’ But I didn’t do it. So here’s how I see it – you and I have unfinished business, so I want a rematch, but not just any match, a 2/3 falls match. That way, when I beat you, there will be no shadow of a doubt that I’m the best wrestler in the world,” stated Guevera issuing the challenge for AEW Dynamite.

Danielson vs. Guevara set for AEW Dynamite
Danielson didn’t accept the challenge but AEW later confirmed the match for the November 9 episode of AEW Dynamite soon after Guevera’s promo segment. The two have also been confirmed to feature in a Four-Way Match for the ROH World Championship at the Full Gear pay-per-view on November 19 alongside the champion Chris Jericho and Claudio Castagnoli.
On Rampage, Claudio Castagnoli and Bryan Danielson were asked by Lexy Nair about the chaotic brawl between the Jericho Appreciation Society and Blackpool Combat Club on this past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite. Both Claudio and Bryan wanted to get a title shot at Jericho’s ROH title after which the title match was confirmed by the champion himself. He made it a Four-Way after inserting Guevera into the equation.
Apart from Danielson vs. Guevera, the confirmed lineup for the November 9 AEW Dynamite from Boston includes The Acclaimed & FTR vs. Swerve In Our Glory & The Gunns in an 8-Man Match. Eddie Kingston vs. Ethan Page will compete in an AEW World Title Eliminator while Jamie Hayter will compete against Skye Blue. Also, a face-to-face confrontation between Saraya and Dr. Britt Baker and a promo segment with AEW World Champion Jon Moxley have been announced.
