In one of the headliners for this week’s AEW Dynamite, a hard-hitting match was in-store between Samoa Joe and Minoru Suzuki. The bout eventually witnessed the ROH TV Championship changing hands with Joe capturing the belt.

In the ending sequence of the match on AEW Dynamite, Samoa Joe hit his signature Muscle Buster maneuver and earned the pinfall win over Suzuki to become the new ROH TV Champion. It should be noted that Joe also used to be a Ring of Honor mainstay who previously put the promotion on the map by winning the ROH Pure Championship and the ROH World Title.

Once the match was concluded on AEW Dynamite, Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt appeared on the ramp and informed Joe that they have a present for him. They then opened the wrapped box and we could spot a middle finger in it for Joe. That appeared to be just a distraction as the lights went out and when those were turned back, Satnam Singh was standing in the ring behind Joe.

Thereafter a beatdown followed on AEW Dynamite as Satnam clotheslined Joe and then assisted Dutt and Lethal in beating the hell out of the new ROH TV Champion. Joe still wanted to fight back but Singh applied a giant vice grip while Lethal hit his lethal injection to layout the Samoan Submission Machine as AEW Dynamite came to an end.

Prior to his AEW Dynamite debut, Satnam Singh was signed by AEW to a contract back in September 2021 and he was trained at the Nightmare Factory in Atlanta, run by Cody Rhodes and QT Marshall.
