A successful title defense took place at AEW Dynamite

The AEW All-Atlantic Title was introduced last June and PAC became the first person to hold the championship by winning a tournament final at the 2022 Forbidden Door pay-per-view, where he defeated Miro, Malakai Black, and Connors in a four-way match. PAC defended the title around the European independent scene for Revolution Pro and Over The Top Wrestling before three more defenses on AEW Dynamite, defeating Kip Sabian, Cassidy, and Trent Beretta.

PAC then dropped the title to Cassidy in a rematch at AEW’s debut in Canada on October 7 in Toronto, Ontario. Cassidy has since successfully defended the title 14 times with one of his notable defenses coming against New Japan Pro-Wrestling star Katsuyori Shibata on a live episode of Rampage in Atlantic City, New Jersey on November 4. Interestingly, it will be AEW Dynamite’s return to Canada that the title will be rebranded.
