After staying away from AEW dynamite for some time, Wardlow is back on the scene and he is coming after the TNT Championship. The two-time former TNT Champion had not been seen AEW programming since losing the title to Powerhouse Hobbs on the March 8 edition of AEW’s flagship show that went down just a few days after he regained the title from Samoa Joe at the Revolution pay-per-view in San Francisco, California.
Afterward, Hobbs won the title and he alongside his ally, QT Marshall had been taunting Mr. Mayhem in their QTV segments. To fight them back, Wardlow finally returned on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite by turning his focus to Hobbs’ custom car.

Wardlow attacked the vehicle with a pipe and then took out both windshields in the process. He also used the industrial vehicle to flip Hobbs’ car. Soon after that segment, it was announced that Wardlow will get his TNT Title rematch against Hobbs on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite which takes place at the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Britt Baker to return to action on April 19 AEW Dynamite
Speaking of Steel City, one of the most famous stars of this modern generation from this area will also return to action, next week. The concerned persona is Britt Baker and AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter who will team up against the team of Toni Storm and Ruby Soho of The Outcasts.
The match was announced after Storm and Soho picked up a win over Skye Blue and Riho. The heels went for a post-match attack which led Hayter and Baker to make a run-in to make the save. Following this match, more announcements regarding AEW Dynamite April 19 episode will be made on this coming Rampage episode on TNT.
Speaking of Rampage, a few matches and segments were announced for this Friday’s edition on AEW Dynamite and this includes a title match where Aussie Open will defend the IWGP Tag Team Titles against Best Friends. The new AEW Tag Team Champions FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dash Harwood) will also make an appearance.
