Toni Storm already defended women’s title at AEW house show

After winning the belt, Storm kicked off her second reign by defending her title against Skye Blue at an AEW House Rules live event at the Cadence Bank Arena in Tupelo, Mississippi on June 2. Going by this match, Blue could very well end up securing a title match opportunity for next week’s AEW Dynamite.

Plus, Britt Baker remains a valid name in the equation since her ongoing feud with Storm and the rest of The Outcasts’ members remains unsolved. However, a big title match featuring her could be postponed for upcoming bigger events like Forbidden Door or All In scheduled for September.

Apart from the title match, Young Bucks and “Hangman” Adam Page will battle it out with Blackpool Combat Club members on AEW Dynamite, next week in huge tag trios match. With that, it’s safe to say that, the bygone Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing didn’t mark an end to the ongoing feud.

Blackpool Combat Club and Kazuchika Okada’s CHAOS faced off in a trios match on this week’s AEW Dynamite. After the latter faction ended up losing the bout, Young Bucks and “Hangman” Adam Page appeared backstage to suggest yet another massive trios contest against the BCC members, a match that has been made, official for the June 14 episode.
