The card for the very next episode of AEW Rampage was announced during the latest edition of Dynamite. One of the major attractions for the upcoming show is going to be the in-ring debut of Indian wrestler Satnam Singh.
As per the announcement, Singh will make his in-ring debut in a tag match by teaming up with Jay Lethal against a couple of unannounced opponents. Singh was a former 2nd-round draft pick in the 2015 NBA Draft who was signed with All Elite Wrestling in September 2021. He became the first Indian and Sikh player to be drafted into the National Basketball Association (NBA) when the Dallas Mavericks selected him with the 52nd overall pick.
Singh played in the center position in the high school basketball at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Following his on-screen debut on the April 13 episode of Dynamite, he aligned himself with the former ROH World Champion Lethal and former Impact Wrestling Superstar Sonjay Dutt during their feud against Samoa Joe through AEW Rampage and Dynamite, these past weeks. Standing at 7-feet-2, Singh is rumored to get a gigantic push in the AEW promotion, going forward. So a squash win should be reserved for him during the debut.

AEW Rampage to have former WWE World Champion in action
A Casino Battle Royale to determine Jon Moxley’s opponent for the AEW Dynamite main event match was hosted last night that was won by Kyle O’Reilly. During the bout, Eddie Kingston was eliminated by Jake Hager (fka Jack Swagger in WWE). This led to Kingston calling out Hager for a match. The match was then officially announced for this week’s AEW Rampage.
Apart from this pair of matches, the bizarre team of Hook and Danhausen will speak up about their alliance. Also, Red Velvet will represent the AEW TBS Champion, Jade Cargill, as part of her Baddies faction when she faces Statlander on AEW Rampage.

* Eddie Kingston vs. Jake Hager
