AEW Revolution 2023 marked the first pay-per-view outing for All Elite Wrestling, this year to continue with their original schedule tradition. This year, the yearly event went down from the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.
In the main event match, MJF retained his AEW World Heavyweight Championship against Bryan Danielson in a One-Hour Ironman match. Originally, the score was 3-3 by the end of one hour which led the match to go into a sudden death phase where MJF made Bryan tap out via the La-Bell Lock.
AEW Revolution 2023: Saraya Competed In A Title Match After Almost 7 Years
In the other world title match at AEW Revolution 2023, Jamie Hayter successfully defended her AEW Women’s World Championship by defeating Saraya and Ruby Soho in a triple threat. The champion got the pinfall win via a roll-up win on Soho. After the match, she received a beatdown, courtesy of a shocking heel-turn by Soho.

– AEW Trios World Championship Match: The House Of Black (Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews & Brody King) defeated The Elite (Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks) (c) to become new champions at AEW Revolution 2023
– Triple Threat Match for AEW Women’s World Championship: Jamie Hayter (c) defeated Ruby Soho and Saraya to retain her title. After the match, Ruby Soho turned heel ad attacked Hayter
– Texas Death Match: “Hangman” Adam Page defeated Jon Moxley via Submission
– TNT Championship Match: Wardlow defeated ROH TV Champion Samoa Joe (c) to become the new champion
– Fatal-4-Way Match For The AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Gunns (c) defeated The Acclaimed (with Billy Gunn), Jeff Jarrett & Jay Lethal (with Sonjay Dutt & Satnam Singh) and AEW All-Atlantic Champion Orange Cassidy & Danhausen to retain.
After the match, FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) made their return to AEW programming and attacked The Gunns.
